Michelle is a trained linguist, fluent in English, French, and German with a master's degree in Occupational Psychology. She is a full chartered member and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is a certified Red2Blue coach (performing under pressure). Michelle has extensive experience coaching a wide range of clients, from senior executives and managers to new leaders. She is known for her rigour and diagnostic skills, which enable her to get to the nub of the issue and to work on those things that will give the biggest return on the time and effort invested. Michelle is based in the UK.
