Dr. Govern is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who leverages her analytical and coaching abilities to help clients select and develop leaders across various industries and organizational levels. She brings expertise in executive assessment, 360 feedback, competency modeling, surveys, team facilitation, and organizational change management. Outside of work, she is passionate about serving the needs of her local community and she has held several volunteer and leadership roles in various schools, churches, and other community-based organizations. Diane is based in Ohio with her family.
