Beth is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and a strategic business leader with a passion for people and team development. She has 40 years of experience in the corporate world, with most of that time spent in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development. Her industry experience spans across Health Insurance, Manufacturing, Banking and Distribution within both privately held and publicly traded companies. Her personal interests include traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, volunteering, and staying active. Beth currently lives in Wisconsin and provides team facilitation, leadership development services, and executive coaching through JDS Leadership.
